Staff Training and Roles

Our staff is trained according to the department they work in. We have housekeepers and servers for the dining room.

Live-in Managers

Our community has live-in Managers; they work here and live here. We have 2 couples that manage the community and oversee the staff and residents. We have pull cords in the apartments that go directly to the managers. They respond immediately.

Ambassadors Program

We have ambassadors that are residents here. When we have a new resident, they welcome them, invite/take them to meals and activities. We also have a welcome home onboarding with each department.

Dining Experience

We offer 3 chef-prepared meals. You come in, sit down in our dining room, we have servers that take your order, pour your coffee just like at a restaurant.

Manager Availability

Our Managers are always available.

Our Manager will reach out to families when needed. If an emergency happens, they will contact the person you list as an emergency contact.

Trial Stay

We offer a trial stay for a few nights (no cost).

Pet Policy

Yes, we love pets, we do not charge pet rent or pet fees.

Apartment Availability

I have a waitlist on a few select apartments, we do have availability.

Health Clinics

Yes, certain times of the year we offer clinics.

Aging in Place

Yes, residents can age in place with the help of caregivers (private duty) and hospice.

We call our experience gracious retirement living for a reason, and we look forward to proving this to you. One way we do this is by renting our apartments month-to-month, which keeps us on our toes each and every day. We strive to meet and exceed your expectations of how great retirement living can be.

Our residents often tell us moving into our community was one of the best decisions of their life. Your apartment has individual climate control, extra-large bathroom(s) with walk-in showers, convenient kitchenettes, spacious closets, and an emergency call system in the event you need to alert your on-site management team, who are available for you 24 hours a day.

Your monthly rent also provides three meals every day, prepared by a trained chef and served to your table. We also provide activities, weekly housekeeping, scheduled transportation, cable television, a heated swimming pool, complementary access to wireless internet, and all utilities except your personal phone.

There are many other comfortable community spaces for your friends and family to join you for entertaining and personal activities. So many great services, all included in your monthly rent.
