Staff Training and Health Care

Staff are hired and trained for their position. This is an independent living community so we have no staff with health care training. All residents are given a call pendant that alerts our concierge of a need and if necessary, we will call paramedics for assistance. We have our concierge desk staffed 24/7 with wake staff. We also have our doors locked from the outside and the front door is locked at 10 pm. All guests are asked to come in through the front door to sign in and out.

Welcoming New Residents

Upon move in, residents are matched with a Community Ambassador who is a resident that will introduce them to the community including meals, activities, and other residents. We also have a Welcome Tea to give new residents a chance to meet others.

Transportation Services

We do offer transportation services.

Complaints Management

Complaints are handled by the Executive Director.

Communication with Families

We communicate with families if the resident gives permission for that as this is an independent community. If there is an emergency we will alert the emergency contact person.

Respite/Short Term Stays

We can offer respite/short term stays if we have availability at a rate of $125 per day. Currently, we have availability.

Health Services

We offer COVID and Flu shots in the community in partnership with a local pharmacy.

Aging in Place

Residents can certainly age in place. You can bring in any services a person might need up to and including hospice. We also have a home care agency on site 24/7 that a family can contract with to provide personal care services.
