Overview of Staff and Training

Our staff brings over 17+ years of experience in supporting families. In our assisted living, caregivers undergo training onsite within the community. Our Wellness Director, who has been with our assisted living for over 3 years, leads the nursing care. Although independent living does not have designated medical staff, residents can hire personal caregivers, some of whom have been assisting our residents for up to 10 years.

Safety and Well-being Measures

We ensure residents’ safety with a 24/7 concierge and night-time security outside in our gated community. Access requires a fob to enter the gate and building, with the front door unlocked from 7am-7pm. After hours, entry requires guests to be buzzed in, with mandatory sign-ins at the front desk. Emergency pendants, available for a one-time fee of $200, alert the concierge and have GPS functionality to track residents’ location within the building.

Resources and Support Services

Our Resident Service Director aids with moving arrangements. After arrival, assistance includes setting up cable and internet (with a $45 monthly fee) and answering community-related queries.

Transportation Services

Transportation is offered within a 5-mile radius with a 48-hour notice required.

Dining Experience

In independent living, 2 meals are provided daily: a continental breakfast and a choice of lunch or dinner from a daily changing menu. Options include soup or salad, two entrees for lunch and dinner, sides, and dessert. Our restaurant-style dining room provides seating and order service. Additionally, Flow’s Café offers $5 meals, serving breakfast and lunch from 8:30am-3pm, Monday through Friday.

Complaints and Issue Resolution

Residents with complaints or issues can reach out to the Resident Service Director or the Executive Director.

Cost of Living

Pricing varies between independent and assisted living. Please specify the type of living you are interested in for more detailed information.

Communication with Families

In independent living, any sign of decline or issues are communicated to families by the Executive Director or Resident Service Director. In assisted living, the Wellness Director and Executive Director are responsible for family communications.

Short-term or Respite Stays

Respite stays are available, with specifics shared based on living preference (IL or AL).

Pet Policy

We are pet-friendly, allowing 1 pet per apartment with a $500 fee. Pets must be under 35 pounds, with up-to-date vaccination records required.

Waitlist Status

We currently do not have a waitlist.

Vaccination Availability

Covid and flu vaccination clinics are regularly held within the community.

Aging in Place

Residents can transition to assisted living when requiring additional support.
