Our Community Staff
The heart of our community is our dedicated staff, including our Executive Director with 20 years of experience, our Maintenance Director who has been with us for 9 years, and our Business Office Manager. Our Housekeeping team is led by a director with 19 years of service, and our Dietary Manager, Paige, has been creating meals for our residents for 17 years. I serve as the Marketing Director. We also have a 24/7 receptionist ensuring there is always someone at the front desk.
Partnerships and Services
We are proud to partner with “The Borrowed Sister,” a group that supports our residents in aging in place by assisting with daily activities. Aegis therapy provides physical, occupational, and speech therapy. Additionally, Klarus Home Health offers in-building services with Mary as our dedicated nurse.
Security and Accessibility
Our doors lock at 7 pm, but residents have their own keys to come and go as they please. Our location is secure and conveniently located a minute away from Las Colinas and Coppell.
Transitioning to Our Community
We collaborate with care transitions to assist new residents. Our full-time driver, Will, is available for grocery shopping, dining out, casino visits, and doctor appointments.
Dining Experience
Our Dietary Manager, Paige, takes pride in preparing meals for our residents. We offer a breakfast area known as our garden room and a separate dining room for lunch and dinner. Residents select their meals from a menu, and we always provide an "off the menu" option for greater variety.
Resolving Issues
Any resident concerns are addressed by our Executive Director, Lori, ensuring a satisfactory resolution.
Costs and Amenities
Apartment costs vary by size. We are happy to communicate with family members upon request. Our respite care is priced at $115 a night. We boast a pet-friendly environment, welcoming both dogs and cats.
Waitlist and Health Services
The waitlist duration varies by apartment type. Residents have access to flu and COVID vaccinations within the community. “The Borrowed Sister” plays a crucial role in enabling our residents to age in place comfortably.
