Overview on Types of Professionals on Our Staff and Their Training

We do all our training in-house with monthly ongoing education. We don’t require that our care partners be Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs). Additionally, we have a Registered Nurse (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) on staff.

Measures to Ensure the Safety and Well-Being of Residents

As a memory care community, we maintain a locked and secure building. Each resident has an individual care plan that our staff adheres to, ensuring personalized and attentive care.

Resources or Support Services for Transition into the Community

We hold a monthly, in-house support group for families to aid in the transition of their loved ones into our community.

Transportation Services for Residents

Yes, we provide transportation services with both a van and bus available for doctor’s appointments and fun outings.

Dining Experience

We offer three meals a day, plus snacks throughout the day. Our rotating seasonal menu is provided by a nutritionist specializing in residential care communities, and we have an always-available menu with a variety of options.

Process for Addressing Resident Complaints or Issues

We have an open-door policy and encourage open communication to address any complaints or issues residents may have.

Communication with Residents' Families

We hold care conferences after the first thirty days of a resident's move-in and every three months following. If there are any issues, our care partners will reach out directly to families.

Short-Term or Respite Stays

We offer short-term or respite stays with a typical duration of 30 days at a rate of $250 per day.

Pet-Friendly Community

Yes, we are a pet-friendly community for both cats and dogs.

COVID-19 and Flu Vaccinations

Residents are able to receive both COVID-19 and flu vaccinations within the community.

Aging in Place

Residents are able to age in place as long as their care needs do not exceed our scope of care. We work with many hospice organizations throughout the Eugene and Springfield area. Currently, we are working with a few people on our waitlist but still have openings, with both private and companion options available.
