Staff Overview and Training

Our facility is staffed with a dedicated team of professionals who are available across three shifts:

  • Between 7am-3pm: 25 staff members (10 providing direct care)
  • Between 3pm-11pm: 19 staff members (9 providing direct care)
  • Between 11pm-7am: 7 staff members (6 providing direct care)

The care staff qualifications include RN, LPN, CNA, and MT, ensuring a high level of expertise and care for our residents.

Safety and Well-being Measures

Our Community ensures the safety and well-being of our residents through:

  • Video surveillance of entrances, exits, and the parking garage, monitored 24 hours a day.
  • Accushield sign-in system for all individuals entering the building.
  • An Emergency Call System with pull cords in each apartment and wearable pendants for residents.

Transition Support Services

We provide assistance for new residents transitioning into our community with the help of a move-in coordinator, Senior Move-Managers, and Downsizing specialists.

Transportation Services

Complimentary transportation is available for residents within a 10-mile radius of the community.

Dining Experience

The Providence offers a variety of dining venues with locally sourced ingredients and made from scratch recipes:

  • Wolf Trap Bistro: Open 8 am โ€“ 2pm Daily for grab-and-go options.
  • Wolf Trap Lounge: Open 2 pm โ€“ 7pm Daily for sophisticated hors dโ€™oeuvres and drinks.
  • Great Falls Restaurant: Open daily for breakfast, lunch, and dinner with tableside service.
  • The Gardens Dining: Exclusive dining for second floor Members, open daily 7:30am โ€“ 7pm.

Resident Concerns and Complaints

Residents can address complaints or issues by contacting Department Managers, the Executive Director, or the Regional Operations Manager. A Resident Council also meets monthly with the Executive Director.

LifeLoop keeps residents and families informed community-wide, while care and dining staff maintain regular individual contact.

Short-term or Respite Stays

Short-term or respite stays are available, with costs and details provided upon visiting. We operate on a month-to-month rental basis.
