Overview of Staff and Training

We have a lot of longevity when it comes to our employees. Training depends on the area they are assigned to such as Assisted living, Bridges, or Memory care. Every employee goes through monthly online training through Relias training. Other departments train their staff accordingly.

Safety and Well-being Measures

Once again you are being very vague about your question, we have four levels of senior living on site and every level has different safety measures. Examples include emergency pendants, daily check-ins, emergency pull cords, and secured environments.

Resources for Transitioning Residents

Yes, we have a round table meeting, residents meet with our ambassadors, they meet with department heads and they are guided by our move-in coordinator.

Transportation Services

Yes, we have buses and vans and take them to multiple shopping places throughout the day, and we take them to their doctor appointments within a 10-mile radius.

Dining Experience

Residents in assisted living receive 3 meals a day including snacks, they have two daily specials and a menu of 30 plus items to choose from.

Addressing Resident Complaints

That depends on what the complaint is, if it's dining we will have them meet with the dining director, if it’s a care issue then they will meet with the assisted living director, otherwise we have an Executive director and assistant director on staff to address any concerns.

Cost of Living

In assisted living, there are 5 different apartments to choose from and there are six levels of care that determine the cost involved. I can send you a price sheet with availability.

Communication with Residents' Families

This takes place through the director of nursing. You can contact them at any time if you have questions, otherwise, we contact families when there is a change in the level of care or any other concerns we may have, you will hear from us.

Pet-Friendly Community

Yes, we are a pet-friendly community, depending on what the pet may be we have a dog walking area and offer dog walking services.

Depending on what type of apartment, we offer 5 different floor plans, and we only have 2 different types available.
