PERSONAL CARE FEES

Personal care services will be tailored to the wants and needs of each resident. Fees will be determined upon an assessment by our nurse. Evaluation of services will be completed on a regular basis.

The Pinnacle is a beautiful, vibrant community designed with comfort in mind. We are conveniently located in Plymouth Meeting - approximately 20 miles northwest of Center City Philadelphia and central to major freeways, as well as endless shopping, restaurants, and healthcare options.

Our Services

The Pinnacle caters to a spectrum of care needs from Independent Living to Personal Care and Memory Care.

Community Overview

The senior living community in question offers a range of living options including independent living, personal care, and memory care. This community does not currently have a waitlist, allowing for potential immediate availability for new residents.

Pet Policy

The community is pet-friendly, with a weight restriction of 55 pounds for pets. While there is no deposit required for pets, there is a non-refundable pet fee.

Residency and Stays

Short-term stays are considered as respite care with a minimum of a 30-day stay. The leases are structured on a month-to-month basis.

Moving Assistance

While the community does not provide movers, residents are expected to coordinate their own moving arrangements, either independently or with the help of their families.

Transportation Services

Transportation is provided for medical appointments on Tuesdays and Thursdays, with scheduling required in advance. The community also offers transportation for outings and activities.

Dining Experience

Residents can enjoy a restaurant-style main dining room, as well as a bistro that operates from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m., offering additional dining options.

Staffing and Medical Care

The community is staffed with caregivers and med techs 24/7, and nursing staff is available from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. While there is no doctor or nurse practitioner on staff, the community partners with a primary care group that is available twice a week, offering optional services to residents.

Safety Measures

In the personal care section, residents can obtain a pendant for safety. Each resident has an individualized care plan to ensure their specific needs and risks are managed appropriately.

Addressing Resident Concerns

Residents can voice their concerns during the monthly resident council meetings or directly to the executive director or assistant executive director.

Family Communication

The community maintains open communication with families through regular emails, a monthly newsletter, and scheduled care meetings involving the clinical team and executive director when necessary.
