Pricing

Our pricing includes room and board: $321 a day for a private room, and $308 a day for a semi private room (meaning 2 people in 1 room that share a bathroom).

Medicaid Pending Patients

We can accept Medicaid Pending patients. We have a team who gathers all the important info (bank statements, life insurance policy info, how much money is in accounts, is the patient's house in their name, etc.), to make that happen. Not a lot of facilities do that.

Overview of Our Staff and Their Training

Our facility boasts a highly skilled team of professionals dedicated to providing exceptional care. Our staff includes:

• Psychologists - Dr. Bigly
• Certified Nurse Practitioners - Joshua Black, CNP and other certified NPs
• Doctors of Osteopathy - Dr. Kenneth Biros, DO, Dr. Scott Hoffman, DO
• Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs)
• State Tested Nursing Assistants (STNAs)
• Occupational Therapists (OT), Physical Therapists (PT), and Speech Therapists (ST)

Safety and Well-being of Residents

To ensure the safety and well-being of our residents, we have implemented several measures:

• Security code access to enter and exit the facility
• Wander guards for residents prone to wandering

Support for Transition into the Community

Prior to discharge, each resident participates in a meeting with their family to discuss post-discharge care. We provide a community list of referrals for various types of home care and specialty doctors.

Transportation Services

We offer medical transportation through "Whatsupdoc" for our residents' convenience.

Dining Experience

Our dining experience is very average, similar to that of any other nursing home.

Complaint and Issue Resolution

Residents can address their complaints or issues through multiple venues:

• Plan of care meetings involving appropriate managers
• Residents can fill out concern forms and submit them to Social Services
• Resident council meetings

Communication with Resident's Families

We encourage family members to attend quarterly plan of care meetings to stay updated on their loved ones' well-being.

Short-term or Respite Stays

Yes, we do offer respite stays.

Pet Policy

We are not a pet-friendly community, except for service animals. Pets are welcome once their records are on file.

Vaccinations

Residents can receive Covid and flu vaccinations within the facility.

Aging in Place

Yes, residents are able to age in place. Currently, we do not have a waitlist and have 5 open beds available as of this afternoon.
