Long Term Care Availability and Pricing

If the patient is looking for long-term care, we currently do not have any Medicaid pending beds available. For patients paying privately, we would need to check the bed availability for your desired placement time.

• Semi-private room: $225.00 per day
• Full private room: $295.00 per day

Overview of Professionals and Training

Our staff includes a nurse supervisor and a charge nurse on every hall, medication aides, and certified nurse aides. The therapy department offers physical, occupational, and speech therapy, and we also have a wound care nurse. Staff undergo continuous training through a state-required course and in-service training.

Resources and Support Services for Transition

A licensed social worker assists families and patients with the transition back home, helping to set up home health agencies and necessary equipment delivery.

Transportation Services

For follow-up doctor appointments or dialysis, our nursing staff arranges transportation with a non-emergency transport service.

Dining Experience

Residents can dine in a large dining room with a patio view or have meals delivered to their room. Meals are served at 8am, Noon, and 5pm, with an alternate menu available. Families can bring meals for residents based on their dietary needs.

Addressing Complaints and Issues

Residents are encouraged to voice concerns, which are documented and addressed by our social worker with a plan for resolution.

Communication with Residents' Families

Communication about care is primarily through nursing, with a care plan meeting led by social services within 72 hours of admission to ensure everyone understands the plan of care. Families are encouraged to ask questions, which will be directed to the appropriate department.

Short-term or Respite Stays

We offer respite stays, with a semi-private room costing $225.00 per day and a private room $295.00 per day.

Pet-Friendly Community

Pets are welcome with vaccination documentation and must be kept on a leash.

Covid and Flu Vaccinations

Residents can receive Covid and flu vaccinations within the community.

Aging in Place

Residents may stay long-term depending on bed availability.
