APARTMENT RENTAL RATES: Monthly Charges
One Bedroom Apartment - 650 Sq. Ft. $4,500.00

One Bedroom Patio Apartment – 650 Sq. Ft. $4,750.00 with Courtyard access
Two Bedroom, Two Bath Apartment including Patio – 975 Sq. Ft. $6,500.00

PERSONAL SERVICES: Monthly Charges
Medication Management $ 375.00
Assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADL’s): Starting at: $ 100.00
A Community Fee of $2,500 will hold the apartment of your choice until your move-in date. It is fully refundable until occupancy. The community fee is non-refundable after occupancy. A non-refundable fee of $500.00 is required for approved pets by The Parke.

Our Staff and Certifications
We have CNAs, CMAs, ACMAs, LPN, RN, Maintenance Supervisor, Chef, cooks, waiting staff, administrative assistant, receptionist, housekeepers, laundry staff, activities director, activities director assistant, executive director. All staff are up to date with their required certifications by the state of Oklahoma.
Resident Care Plans
Each resident has a specific care plan designed for their personal safety and well-being, carried out by our nursing staff. We offer assistance with a variety of activities of daily living. Residents also have a GPS for emergencies and convenience, alerting our nursing staff of their location within our community.
Orientation and Administrative Services
Our administrative staff will orient the new resident on the day they arrive in our community, explaining their roles and detailing the day-to-day services and locations of different amenities.
Transportation and Dining
Transportation to appointments is included in the rent. We offer restaurant-style dining, with residents presented with a menu to select from many permanent items as well as daily specials for lunch and dinner.
Complaint Resolution
If there is a complaint, we will investigate and speak with all parties involved to try our absolute best to ensure another does not arise.
Communication and Changes in Well-being
We welcome communication with our staff 24/7 and will address any significant change in a resident's well-being with family and the resident. We encourage family members to address any issues they notice.
Lease Agreement and Pet Policy
We do not offer respite stays at The Parke due to our community staying at capacity. However, our lease agreement is for 30 days, requiring just a 30-day notice to move. We are a pet-friendly community, welcoming pets under 25lbs with a $500 deposit and a $30/month pet fee, provided they stay up to date on vaccinations and are adequately cared for.
Vaccination Clinics
We set up vaccination clinics periodically for residents. If one is needed between those clinics, we suggest their primary care physician to administer.
Age in Place Community
We are an age in place community, allowing residents to spend the rest of their lives here barring any extenuating circumstances such as elopement risks, violent behaviors, or specific medical needs beyond our care capabilities.
