Parkdale Senior Living is a community designed to provide a comfortable and supportive environment for seniors. Our community offers various living options to cater to the unique needs of our residents.

Living Options

We provide independent living arrangements starting at a competitive monthly rate. Additionally, we offer the flexibility of respite or short-term stays without any additional fees.

Pet Policy

Parkdale Senior Living is pet-friendly, welcoming cats and dogs under 25 pounds. A one-time pet fee is required to accommodate your furry companions.

Moving Assistance

While we do not have in-house movers, we can provide referrals to trusted moving services to assist residents with their transition into our community.

Transportation and Accessibility

Our community ensures that transportation is available for residents, promoting ease of access to various destinations. The building is secured with a code entry system, and a receptionist is available at the front desk from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. for additional support and security.

Dining Experience

We offer an 'always available' dining experience from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., capable of accommodating diabetic, low-sodium, and gluten-free diets. However, we do not provide kosher meals. Our dining services are adaptable to residents' dietary needs, including the ability to puree and chop food for those in our memory care unit.

Staff and Training

Our community is staffed with two licensed nurses and a dedicated care team, all of whom undergo comprehensive training to ensure the highest level of care for our residents.

Safety Measures

To keep our residents safe, we provide both pull cords in all rooms and the option for residents to wear a call button pendant. These measures ensure that help is readily available when needed.

Addressing Concerns

If a resident has a complaint or concern, they are encouraged to speak directly with our executive director to ensure prompt and effective resolution.

Communication with Families

We keep families informed and engaged through a platform called Go Happy Hub, which facilitates communication via text messages for updates on special events, health alerts, and more.

Leadership

The community is overseen by a Director of Sales and Marketing, who is responsible for admissions, marketing efforts, and ensuring that residents' needs are met.
