Apartment Pricing:

• Studio: $5,030 per month
• One Bedroom: $5,765 per month

Respite Care:

• $275 per day (includes all care, meals, housekeeping, laundry, transportation, and activities)

The Park Lane is an age-in-place community that offers a spectrum of living options to cater to the diverse needs of seniors. Our community is designed to provide a comfortable and supportive environment for residents as they transition through different stages of aging.

Living Options

• Independent Living: Ideal for seniors aged 65 and above who are looking for a community that supports an active, independent lifestyle.
• Assisted Living: For those who require assistance with daily activities, we offer studios and one-bedroom apartments with personalized care plans.
• Memory Care: Specialized care and support for residents with memory impairments, ensuring their safety and well-being.

Accommodations

Our assisted living options include comfortable studio and one-bedroom apartments designed with the needs of our residents in mind. While we currently do not have two-bedroom apartments available, we maintain a waitlist for those interested.

Respite Care

We offer respite care services that include comprehensive care, three meals a day, housekeeping, laundry, transportation, and access to our vibrant activities program.

Transportation Services

Our community provides transportation services with two cars and a bus, operated by our full-time drivers. Transportation is available Monday through Saturday by appointment for various outings, including medical appointments and personal errands, within a 25-mile radius of the community.

Pet Policy

We understand the importance of pets in our residents' lives. Therefore, we allow up to three pets for those in independent and assisted living.

Moving Assistance

To facilitate a smooth transition into our community, we can recommend local moving companies to assist new residents with their relocation needs.

Dining Experience

Our dining services offer a restaurant-style experience with waitstaff, a diverse menu, and flexible dining hours for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Residents can dine in, take their meals to go, or have them delivered to their rooms. Special dietary needs and allergies are accommodated with the assistance of our chef.

Staff and Caregivers

Our dedicated team includes two full-time nurses, caregivers, two drivers, culinary staff, activities coordinators, sales personnel, an executive director, and a business manager, all committed to providing the highest level of care and service to our residents.

Health and Safety

We prioritize the health and safety of our residents by implementing hand sanitizing stations, encouraging mask-wearing, and providing free COVID tests. We also facilitate annual flu and COVID vaccination clinics in partnership with local pharmacies.

Resident Concerns and Communication

Residents can voice their concerns and requests through the front desk, which will coordinate with the appropriate manager or department. Regular town hall meetings are held to address community updates and resident feedback. Communication with families is maintained through the designated power of attorney and family meetings as needed.
