The community is staffed with a dedicated team of healthcare professionals, including a Director of Nursing, Assistant Director of Nursing, floor nurses, CNAs, and med techs. While doctors are not on staff, the community works closely with a multitude of physicians to provide comprehensive medical care. Nursing support is available seven days a week.

Safety and Security

Resident safety is a top priority at The Palms of Fort Myers. Each apartment is equipped with pull stations, and residents in Assisted Living and Memory Care are provided with pendants. Regular checks are conducted every four hours to ensure the well-being of residents.

Addressing Resident Concerns

Residents can voice their concerns to the respective area managers or utilize drop boxes for feedback. The executive director is also available to address any overarching concerns, ensuring that all residents feel heard and valued.

Communication with residents' families is maintained through various channels, depending on the nature of the information. Personal matters are handled with discretion through direct communication, while general updates may be shared via social media, text messaging, and newsletters.
