2. Safety Measures:

The safety and well-being of our residents is our top priorities. We have robust safety protocols in place, including 24/7 security, emergency response systems, and regular safety assessments. Our staff is trained to handle various situations to ensure a secure living environment.

3. Transition Support:

We understand the importance of a smooth transition for our residents. Our community offers a lead concierge that will assist during this adjustment period, which includes orientation, introducing them to other residents and taking them to social activities etc.

4. Transportation Services:

Yes, we provide transportation services for our residents, ensuring they have access to medical appointments, social outings, and other community activities. There is a fee only for Medical transportations, but social outings and community outings are free.

5. Dining Experience:

Our dining experience is designed to be both nutritious and enjoyable. We offer well-balanced meals, and our culinary team accommodates dietary preferences and restrictions. This includes all three meals and snacks.

We have both an open-door policy where any resident can speak in private with our directors and a Resident Council where residents can voice issues in both a public and private forum. Our pricing details vary based on the style of Apartment chosen by resident it can vary please see attached brochure and floor plans.

8. Communication with Families:

We maintain open communication with residents' families through regular updates, newsletters, and scheduled family meetings. Families are encouraged to reach out to our directors and Nurses at any time.

9. Short-Term/Respite Stays:

Yes, we do offer respite stays. The cost varies depending on the length of stay. We only currently are offering 90 day stay.

Yes, we are a pet-friendly community. We understand the positive impact of pets on the well-being of our residents.

11. Vaccinations:

We facilitate vaccinations for residents, including Covid and flu vaccinations. Our healthcare team coordinates vaccination schedules to ensure the health and safety of our community.
