We are a vibrant living community with 90 apartments, catering to a diverse group of residents. Our community is perfect for those who are very independent, with many of our residents driving and managing their daily lives autonomously. At the same time, we offer comprehensive support for those who need a bit more assistance, thanks to our dedicated and wonderful staff.

Being under the Hartford Healthcare umbrella enriches our community with invaluable resources. This partnership allows us to have social workers on staff, aiding our residents in making a smooth transition to their new home.

Transportation Services

We offer transportation to medical appointments with our sedan, wheelchair-accessible van, and bus. The bus is also used for fun outings, adding to the vibrant life of our community.

Unique Dining Experience

Our dining experience sets us apart. With two dining rooms open from 7am to 6pm, we offer All Day Dining, allowing residents to enjoy meals at their convenience. This flexibility is highly appreciated by our community.

Leadership and Safety

Our Executive Director, LeaAnn, maintains an open door policy, ensuring that residents and family members can voice concerns and be heard. As we embrace technology, we've adopted a Fall Pendant system to support residents prone to falls, enhancing safety within our community.

Short Term Respite Stays and Pet-Friendly Environment

We offer short-term respite stays ranging from 30 to 60 days, with pricing dependent on apartment size. Our community is pet-friendly, and we even have our own Orchards puppy, Millie, who brings joy to everyone. Pet therapy sessions are held every two weeks, adding to the warmth of our community.

Health and Wellness

Our commitment to health includes administering the Flu shot annually by our RN, Sandy, ensuring our residents' well-being.
