Our Rates
Our rates start at $7500 for Assisted Living and $8500 for Memory Care. There is a $2100 community fee which holds the room for you.
What's Included
That price does include: Meals, activities, help with ADL’s (Activities of Daily Living), and medication management.
Additional Costs
An additional $1000 only is added if 2 staff members are needed to transfer. If you're mobile, that price is not applicable.

Overview of Staff and Training
90% of our staff are Certified Medication Aides (CMA) who undergo extensive training in long-term care and abuse prevention, ensuring the highest standards of care and safety for our residents.
Safety and Well-being Measures
We ensure the safety and well-being of our residents through the installation of security cameras in outdoor and common areas. Our staff receives comprehensive training on long-term care and abuse prevention.
Transition Support Services
To aid residents' transition into our community, we offer connections to families for discussions and have an activity director and a resident liaison to welcome and acclimate new residents from day two.
Transportation Services
While we do not currently offer in-house transportation services, we refer residents to Destiny Transportation or ACT for their transportation needs.
Dining Experience
Our dining experience has been revamped to avoid processed foods, offering meals in a restaurant-style setting in the dining area. Room service is available for residents not feeling well.
Resident Grievance Policy
We have a grievance policy in place to ensure that all complaints and issues are addressed promptly and effectively.
Communication with Residents' Families
Our activity director sends out notifications about events, and I communicate changes in the community, such as COVID updates and flu clinics, via email. Our nurse corresponds with families as needed regarding changes in care.
Short-term and Respite Stays
We offer short-term stays with a minimum of 30 days at a cost of $200 a day.
Pet Policy
Our community is pet-friendly, with a $2000 nonrefundable pet deposit required.
Availability and Waitlist
We currently have a waitlist for our Memory Care unit and 3 rooms available in Assisted Living.
Vaccination Services
Residents are able to receive COVID and flu vaccinations within the community.
Aging in Place
Our community supports residents' ability to age in place, providing continuous care as their needs evolve.
