• Application Fee: $75 (non-refundable) Per applicant, Due at time of Application
• Application Deposit $350 * Refundable Pending Apartment Condition at Move Out, and is Due at Time of Application
• Non-refundable In Case of Cancellation 72 hours after Application Submission (non-refundable after 72 hours if application is withdrawn)
*The application deposit converts to $350 security deposit at move-in.

• Amenity Fee: $20/month

Misc. Deposits/Fees

• Pet Fee: $250 (non-refundable)
