The Lofts at Glenwood Place

In the Lofts, Glenwood Place offers apartments with full kitchens and appliances as well as full-size in-unit washer/dryers. Residence at The Lofts requires signing a one-year lease.

• One Bedroom: 493-560 sq ft - $1735-$2110
• Two Bedroom 1 Bath: 819 sq ft - $2540-$2715
• Two Bedroom 2 Bath: 846-992 sq ft - $2540-$3005

Rental monthly fee includes:

• All Utilities (excluding electricity, phone, internet, and cable)
• Complementary Wi-Fi available in the lobby
• Access to The Woods Bistro Cafe, Cascade Buffet Dining, and the Columbia Dining Room
• Scheduled transportation to medical appointments, shopping, etc.
• Access to pool and spa, fitness center, sauna, computer center, billiards room, library, and movie theater

Overview of Professional Staff and Training

Our care staff includes RNs, LPNs, CNAs, and HCAs, along with PT/OT Therapists. All staff members are offered various continuing education classes and are CPR certified. Additionally, all employees are mandated reporters to the state, ensuring the highest standards of care and safety for our residents.

Safety and Well-being Measures

For independent residents, we have a daily check-in system. For those in assisted living, we conduct daily safety checks, with more frequent checks if warranted or requested, to ensure the utmost safety and well-being of our residents.

Resources and Support for New Residents

To aid residents' transition into the community, we offer a new resident coffee and donuts meet-up, an orientation session, and try to assign each new resident a social ambassador.

Transportation Services

We provide scheduled transportation services for our residents, facilitating easy access to various appointments and activities outside our community.

Dining Experience

Our Chef Dexter, hailing from the island of St. Lucia and with 16 years at Glenwood, oversees our dining experience. We boast three different dining venues, catering to a variety of tastes and preferences.

Addressing Resident Complaints

Residents can log a complaint with any staff member or fill out a written form. We are committed to addressing and resolving issues promptly and effectively.

Communication with Residents' Families

In Assisted Living, each resident has a resident care coordinator, and in the event of an incident, the charge nurse will reach out to the family directly. In Independent Living, the building manager communicates with families to keep them updated about their loved ones' well-being.

Short-term or Respite Stays

While we currently cannot accommodate short stays, when available, the cost starts at $220.00 per day with a 14-day minimum and a 30-day maximum stay.

Pet-Friendly Community

Yes, we are a pet-friendly community with two small dog parks on campus, welcoming residents and their furry friends.

Waitlist Information

Currently, we do not have a waitlist, but this can change rapidly based on demand and availability.

Covid and Flu Vaccinations

Residents are able to get Covid and flu vaccinations within the community, provided there is sufficient interest among the residents.

Aging in Place

Residents are able to age in place, although it may require moving to a new apartment to better meet their changing needs over time.
