Types of Professionals on Staff and Their Training
The Lodge of White Bear is an independent living community. There are no medical professionals on staff.Measures for Ensuring Resident Safety and Well-being
The Lodge does not have 24-hour on-site staff. The front doors are secured and a pass card is required after 7:30 pm in the evenings. Each resident is given a medical emergency call pendant to wear on admission.Resources or Support Services for Transitioning Residents
The Lodge can certainly assist in providing you resources to contact only. The Lodge staff does not set up services.Transportation Services for Residents
The Lodge does have a bus and runs Monday through Friday at various times. The times are posted in the Community. The bus has a distance limit of 10 miles and also goes to the MPLS VA.Dining Experience
The Lodge offers 3 Chef Prepared meals per day. Beverages are provided. There is a snack and beverage nook in the dining room. The Meal Plan is included in all monthly rent packages and is non-negotiable.Complaint and Issue Resolution Process
If a resident has a complaint or an issue they want addressed, they meet with the Executive Director, who deals with these issues.Cost of Living
