Our team comprises dedicated professionals across various departments including Concierge, Maintenance, Dining, Housekeeping, Recreation, and the Business Office. We are an Independent Living community, focusing on non-medical support. Our staff undergoes comprehensive training, including mandatory fire safety training and risk assessment protocols to ensure the highest standards of service and safety within our community. We also welcome third-party assistance for residents requiring additional services.

To ensure the safety and well-being of our residents, we conduct mandatory fire safety training and offer personalized risk assessments in their apartments. These measures are part of our commitment to providing a secure living environment.

Transition Support Services

We facilitate a smooth transition for new residents into our community with the help of a dedicated move-in coordinator. This service is designed to ease the process of settling into our community.

Transportation Services

We provide both scheduled and private transportation services, ensuring our residents can easily access external amenities and appointments.

Dining Experience

Our community offers an exceptional dining experience with $300 monthly dining credits usable at four onsite eateries. We pride ourselves on the outstanding quality of our food.

Addressing Complaints and Issues

Residents can voice their concerns and feedback during monthly town halls with the Executive Director and heads of Dining and Activities. For immediate or private issues, residents are encouraged to directly approach the Executive Director.

Cost of Living

The monthly cost of living in our community ranges from $4,600 to $8,500. This fee includes a comprehensive range of services such as dining, housekeeping, recreation, and transportation.

Communication with Residents' Families

As an Independent Living community, we typically do not update families unless there is an emergency or if we observe a significant cognitive or physical decline in a resident.

Short-term or Respite Stays

We do not offer respite stays, focusing instead on long-term independent living solutions.

Pet-Friendly Community

Our community is pet-friendly, allowing residents to have up to two dogs or cats, ensuring a welcoming environment for pet owners.

Waitlist Information

We currently have a waitlist for specific apartment types, reflecting the high demand for our living options.

Vaccination Services

Our community facilitates access to both COVID-19 and flu vaccinations, supporting the health and well-being of our residents.
