Residents are equipped with portable push-button pendants for staff alert, and there is awake staff available 24/7 trained in emergency response. The facility has an automated fire suppression system and secure exit doors. Safety and wellness checks are performed regularly in assisted and memory care settings.

Support Services for Transitioning Residents

The Lodge offers a personalized approach to care, understanding the diverse paces at which residents may adjust. Support measures include potential referrals for Occupational Therapy and the assignment of a "buddy" resident. A robust orientation program titled “12 weeks to success” assists new residents in acclimating to their new home. Assistance from a specialized moving company is also available if needed.

Transportation Services

Scheduled personal transportation services are available on Tuesdays and Thursdays, with group outings on Wednesdays. Residents who drive can have access to individual, covered parking garages.

Dining Experience

The Lodge provides a signature Elevate Dining Program with a daily featured entrée and an optional diverse menu available at all times. Meal portions and dietary restrictions are accommodated, and meals can be delivered to apartments if residents are unwell. Meals are served within flexible time windows.

There is a grievance policy in place ensuring prompt response to concerns with support from external advocates if needed.

Cost of Living

Costs vary depending on the level of care needed and the size of the apartment, with general ranges from $4,500 to $7,500 per month. A points to level care pricing model facilitates equitable pricing.

Communication with Families

Regular care conferences, frequent email updates, and access to a resident's profile through the “In Touch” Program keep families informed. Families can access live updates and communicate with department heads easily.

Short-term or Respite Stays

Assisted living respite stays are available with a minimum stay of 21 days at $250 per day, covering rent, amenities, and necessary care.

Pet Policy

The Lodge is pet-friendly with a one-time $300 pet fee.

Current Waitlist Status

As of now, The Lodge is at full occupancy for assisted living but does not have an active waitlist for certain floor plans. Independent living and memory care have some parties on their waitlists.

Vaccination Services

The Lodge offers on-site Covid and flu vaccinations through regular clinics and provides access to a wide range of healthcare services including primary care, PT/OT, and podiatric care.
