Overview of Staff and Training

Our community is not a medical facility and we do not provide staff that has any type of medical training. We have administrative staff as well as a lifestyle coordinator to engage and provide daily activities to our Residents.

Safety and Well-being Measures

Our community is a fully independent 55+ community and we do not have the same safety measures as a community that is considered assisted living or memory care. We offer emergency pendants that will automatically notify EMS when the button is pressed.

Resources and Support Services

We partner up with a number of transition services but we do not offer this in-house. We would be happy to provide you with a list of local professionals.

Transportation Services

We offer complimentary scheduled transportation to all of our residents. Outing dates are listed on our monthly calendar.

Dining Experience

We offer restaurant-style dining and a great selection of entrees, soups, salads, and desserts. We also offer free meal delivery. If you'd like to join us for a meal, I'd be happy to offer.

Complaint and Issue Resolution

All our Residents are welcome to submit complaints or concerns to the front desk or via our resident portal.

Cost of Living

Our pricing is dependent on the style of the apartment and added amenities. Our starting price is $1799-$3740 per month.

Communication with Residents' Families

Our community is an independent 55+ community. Our residents are independent and are responsible for communicating with their families regarding their own health and well-being.

Short-term or Respite Stays

We do not offer respite or short-term leases.

Pet-Friendly Policy

We are very pet friendly.

Current Availability

We currently have availability for our 1-bed and 2-bed apartments.

Vaccinations in the Community

Our residents are responsible for all of their own health and medical services.

Aging in Place

We offer our residents the ability to age in place with our in-home care providers. We have a list of preferred vendors but we do allow vendors of your choosing to assist with care when that time comes.
