Studio 470 sq ft $3,750

1 Bedroom 445 - 553 sq ft $3,650 - $3,900

2 Bedroom 677 sq ft $3,950 - $4,000

MEAL PACKAGES

Package One: One (1) meal per day for $200

Package Two: Two (2) meals per day for $300

Package Three: Three (3) meals per day for $400

Individual Meals: $12 each

ADDITIONAL MOVE-IN/RENTAL FEES

One Time Community Fee: $1,000 (non-refundable)

One Time Pet Fee: $500 (non-refundable)

Second Tenant – Assisted Living: $650 per month

In addition to the above rent, a Health Service package ranging from 1 to 6 (starting at $400.00) based on a nursing assessment will be required. A Health Service Package will be required for a second tenant as well.

HEALTH SERVICE LEVELS

One of our registered nurses will complete an assessment of your needs to determine the best level of care.
Beginning at Level 1: you receive a daily safety check, monthly nurse visit and wellness review, an emergency pendant and we maintain a basic medical record. We do not maintain a medication record.
Levels 2-6 may include assistance with bathing, personal care services, medication administration, medication management, and healthcare monitoring.

Level 1: $400 per month

Level 2: $1,100 per month

Level 3: $1,900 per month

Level 4: $2,900 per month

Level 5: $3,800 per month

Level 6: $5,000 per month

Our evaluation tool tailors your service plan to your specific need. You’ll have the peace of mind knowing the care package you have covers you with 24/7 staff. We strive for best-in-class care and customer service! There are some needs and services that are not included in our standard Health Service Levels. Should your assessment determine you require these services, one or more of our Enhanced Care Levels may be added to your services package.

ENHANCED SERVICES

Anticoagulant: $400 per month

Anticoagulant COMPLETE / Non-Clinical: $100 per month

Enhanced: $800 per month

Enhanced Plus: $1,500 per month
