Our pricing ranges from $4800/mo. - $6300/mo. depending on the room type you would be interested in.

Inclusive Care

We are an all-inclusive community, so we do not have levels of care as an extra charge.

Overview on Staff Professionals and Training

We have Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA), caregivers, and MedTechs. Additionally, a nurse is part of our management team, although not available in the community 24/7, she is always accessible. Monthly in-services on various subjects and our Care Academy program, which consists of mandatory monthly classes that staff must complete and pass, ensure continuous training.

Safety and Well-being Measures

We create a care plan based on an assessment before move-in. Staff follow this individualized care plan to assist each resident. Frequent checks and a personal pendant provided to residents ensure prompt assistance when needed.

Support Services for Transitioning Residents

Potential residents and their loved ones are invited to join us for lunch, participate in activities, and attend monthly events to experience a day at The Pines. We partner with Cornerstone Caregiving to assist new residents during their transition with dedicated support hours. Additional resources from other companies are also available if desired.

Transportation Services

Transportation is available for doctor's appointments on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Families are requested to schedule appointments and inform us in advance. We also offer in-house doctor services through our partnership with Center for Success & Aging for added convenience.

Dining Experience

Mealtimes are at 8 am for breakfast, 12 pm for lunch, and 5 pm for dinner. Besides the main entrée, an always available menu offers different options. A private dining room is available for special occasions like birthday parties where families can join their loved ones for meals.

Addressing Complaints or Issues

Residents or families have contact information for each community manager. Concerns related to dining, clinical care, or other areas can be directed to the relevant manager. Our Executive Director, Measha Holmes, has an open-door policy and is readily available to discuss any issues.

Family Communication Policy

In case of incidents or changes in a resident's condition, we contact the designated family member via emails, texts, or calls based on their preference stated during move-in. Continuous updates ensure families are always informed about their loved ones' well-being.

Short-term or Respite Stays

We offer respite stays with a minimum duration of 14 days and a maximum of 30 days, priced at $200 per day. Long-term residents need to provide a 30-day notice before signing a lease.

Pet-friendly Policy

Yes, we are a pet-friendly community, allowing pets as long as residents can fully care for them and comply with state regulation paperwork.

Vaccinations

We partner with a pharmacy to administer Flu vaccines, and coordinate with residents and their families via email about the scheduled date. Covid vaccines may also be available during the same timeframe, contingent on pharmacy availability.

Aging in Place Policy

We support aging in place at The Pines, believing in a partnership between the community, resident, and family. Utilizing our partnerships with hospice/home health or private companion sitters, we ensure residents can age in place comfortably. Currently, we have available spaces in both our assisted living and memory care facilities.
