Types of Professionals on Staff and Their Training

Our staff consists of Registered Nurses (RN), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN), Certified Medication Technicians (CMT), Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA), and Resident Care Assistants (RCA) who are uncertified caregivers. Since we specialize in memory care, all staff members undergo dementia training and the Best Friends Forever (BFF) approach during their onboarding process.

Safety and Well-being Measures

Our building is fully secured and staffed with nurses and caregivers 24/7 to ensure the safety and well-being of our residents. Our Director of Plant Operations ensures that the building is up to code on all safety measures, and we conduct staff training for disasters, fires, and other emergencies.

Resources and Support Services

We offer resources and support services to aid residents' transition into the community. We collaborate with movers, realtors, and downsizers/organizers. Our staff is also very available to assist families during the move-in process.

Yes, we offer transportation services for residents.

Dining Experience

We serve our meals family-style with color-coordinated plates. Our staff plates the residents' food and sets it in front of them at the table as if they are eating at home. They assist with cutting up food, helping with utensils, and filling their drinks. All of our meals are cooked from scratch.

Complaint or Issue Resolution Process

We have resident concern forms that are accessible to every employee to ensure any complaints or issues are followed up on timely. Residents can also directly approach any staff member.

Cost of Living

Our campus is for memory care assisted living. The base rate ranges from $7,189-$7,599 per month. Level of care charges range from $0-$840 per month. We have a one-time community fee of $3,750.

Communication with Residents' Families

Communication is very open. We practice under physician orders, and family members or POAs are contacted for any order changes or changes in status. Since our residents are unable to make decisions for themselves, everything is streamlined through their designated family member in charge.

Short-term or Respite Stays

Yes, we offer short-term or respite stays with prices ranging from $279-$299 per day.
