Overview of Staff and Training
Our staff includes RN and LPN nurses, Med-techs, CNA’s & PCA’s for care, Programming directors, a team of concierges, a Chef and full dining team. Each team member undergoes a 36-hour dementia training in addition to Five Star training for their specific roles. Maintenance training is also conducted every quarter.
Safety and Well-being Measures
We have a 24/7 care team on site, with nursing and executive director on call. Concierge services are available from 8:30am-7:00pm daily. Doors lock after 7:00pm, and visitors require after-hours access through the med tech phone. Common areas are disinfected daily, with increased attention during flu and cold seasons.
Transition Support Services
Our Ambassador program helps new residents integrate into the community. We facilitate introductions, promote social interactions, and provide guidance and a buddy system to foster independence.
Transportation Services
We offer a bus and a van for transportation, with specific days allocated for doctor appointments and outings such as grocery shopping and scenic rides within a 10-mile radius.
Dining Experience
Our All-Day dining is available from 7:30am to 7:00pm, offering flexibility for meal times. We provide two entrée options for lunch and dinner, plus an "Always Ready" menu. Chef Jones ensures a high-quality dining experience, and we invite you to sample it firsthand.
Addressing Resident Complaints
We encourage residents to bring any issues to our attention for immediate resolution. Contact information for all managers is provided upon move-in, and the concierge can assist with directing complaints until 7pm daily.

Our community fee is a one-time charge for maintenance and renovations. Apartment rent includes meals, laundry, housekeeping, most utilities, transportation, and activities. Care costs vary based on the level of assistance required, and medication management is categorized as basic or complex.
