Types of Professionals on Staff and Training

We employ a diverse range of professionals including HHA, CNA, LPN, RN, and Case Managers. All of these staff members undergo schooling and certifications for their respective roles and participate in our corporate on-site training.

Measures for Safety and Well-being of Residents

Each apartment is equipped with a call bell, and residents in assisted living receive an emergency call bell pendant. Staff are regularly aware of residents and check in on them in their apartments as per the resident care plan. Each resident has a care plan in place to ensure their well-being.

New residents are assigned an "Ambassador"—a fellow resident who has been with us for a longer period and serves as a buddy to introduce them to the community.

Transportation Services

We offer medical transport to medical appointments on Tuesdays and Thursdays, as well as transportation for Sunday religious services. Our community also organizes weekly trips to various locations such as restaurants, stores, and events.

Dining Experience

All meals are served restaurant style, with wait staff taking drink orders while residents choose from a menu that offers two entrees and a standing menu.

Residents are encouraged to bring any issues to any director, especially our Executive Director, at any time for immediate attention.

Our case manager ensures families are kept updated on necessary information and is available to speak with during business hours. In case of emergencies, an immediate call is made to the emergency contact specified by the resident.

Short-term or Respite Stays

We offer 30-day respite stays at a 10% increase on our regular rates. We provide all necessary furniture, linens, and items, except for the resident's clothing and personal items.

Current Waitlist Status

Yes, there is a waitlist for 1 Bedroom apartments in assisted living and memory care units. Limited availability exists for studio apartments in assisted living.

Vaccination Availability

We provide yearly COVID and flu vaccinations for our residents. Our flu clinic is scheduled for later this month, and our COVID clinic is next month.
