Monthly rent includes three meals daily plus complimentary snacks, weekly housekeeping and linen service, daily resident check, 24-hour emergency communication system, coordination of care and general oversight of wellbeing, full-time Nurse on staff to direct and oversee care team, staff available 24-hours a day, access to temporary unscheduled service from care team, scheduled transportation, social and recreational programs, use of activity areas, routine apartment maintenance, basic cable TV, complimentary use of laundry facilities, and all utilities except telephone.

Assisted Living costs are in addition to the monthly rent and are based on the nature of the services provided and the time required to perform them. Services are personalized to each resident based upon an assessment of needs and preferences by our care team. Residents are assessed prior to moving in and on a regular basis throughout their residency, and services and costs are adjusted as needed. Care services offered at The Landing include activity and social planning; eating, drinking, and meal support; dressing assistance; mobility and escort assistance; showering and bathing assistance; personal appearance and hygiene assistance; continence support; communication assistance; cognitive support; health maintenance; care coordination; and medication assistance.

Memory Care

• Neighbor Suite - from $4,495

Our specialized memory care community at The Landing offers private studio suites as well as neighbor suites. Prices start at $4,495 per month for a private studio suite and $6,795 per month for a neighbor suite, inclusive of care through moderate stage memory loss.

Care needs are determined by a comprehensive functional assessment, which is completed prior to moving in and at regular intervals. The outcome of the assessment determines the level of care each resident will receive.

Care fees through moderate stage memory loss are included in the monthly rent. Additional monthly charges may apply for advanced services as determined by the functional assessment.

Enhanced Services - $400

Oversight that requires frequent cuing to complete activities of daily living (ADLs), tasks requiring consistent physical assistance from staff, and shower assistance consistently more than two times per week.

Premium Services - $800

May require extensive, consistent cuing and interventions associated with a behavior plan to complete ADLs and tasks. May require extensive interventions associated with disease progress and physical impairments to complete ADLs and tasks. May require assistance of two staff members. May require maximum physical assistance.
