Simple Pricing. Extraordinary Life.

We know the last thing you need is a complicated payment structure full of hidden costs. That’s why our pricing falls into a simple equation of A + B. After you pay the one-time fee (C), each month you’ll simply pay the flat rate of your apartment style (A) plus your loved one’s level of care (B). That’s it.

A. Choose your apartment style

Personal Care $5,250
Standard $4,500

1 Bedroom
Deluxe $6,500
Standard $6,000

Memory Care Starting Monthly Rate:
Private Suite $6,500
Shared Suite $5,300

Add a second resident (spouse or family member) for just $1,825/month

B. Add your level of care

Level Care Monthly Rate:
Basic Included
Level I $525
Level II $925
Level III $1,325
Level of Care Monthly Rate:
Level IV $1,725
Level V $2,125
Custom $2,525

Residents are assessed prior to moving in and on a regular basis throughout their residency. Level of care can be adjusted based on changes in their care needs.

C. One-time fee

This one-time fee is paid prior to move-in.
Community fee $4,000
