Overview of Professional Staff and Training
Our facility is staffed with med techs, caregivers, and nurses. All staff members are required to complete a "New Employee Orientation" and undergo Dementia training on an annual basis to ensure they are well-equipped to provide the best care for our residents.
Safety and Well-being Measures
To ensure the safety and well-being of our residents, we have pull-cords installed in apartment bathrooms and throughout the community. Additionally, each resident is provided with a pendant to wear for emergencies.
Transition Support Services
Our staff actively works with new residents to help them become oriented to the community. We also facilitate introductions to existing residents to help newcomers settle in comfortably.

Yes, we offer transportation services for our residents.
Dining Experience
Our dining area is open from 7am to 7pm. Residents have the flexibility to eat as often as they like and at any time within that window.

Morningside House of Collegeville is a month-to-month rental continuum community without a large buy-in! Within our community, we offer Personal Care and Memory Care services, allowing our residents to age-in-place in case their care needs were to change in the future. We offer a home-like, community environment where our residents are our focus and anything we can do to help them have fun, learn, and be fit is our priority – regardless of age and medical needs. Our community also offers easy convenience to local shopping and health care services.
Quality of Care
Quality of care is important when looking for a possible community, which is why we strive for the best! We provide assistance to residents who need help throughout the day with their activities of daily living. A resident’s care plan may include assistance with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, toileting, eating, mobility, continence, and medication management. A level of care is determined through a comprehensive assessment that is personalized to their specific care needs. Here at Morningside House of Collegeville, we have on-site wellness staff who are available at a moment’s notice, 24 hours a day.
Activities Program
We have an extensive activities program here at Morningside House of Collegeville! We are staffed with 6 full-time creative people in our activities department. We have a large list of programs to choose from throughout each day, such as our fitness program, which includes a variety of physical and mental wellness exercises from armchair yoga, tabletop tennis, group workouts, one on one fitness training, and Reiki. We have an incredible Art Program with our full-time Artist on staff, where we work creatively with many different mediums, and display our work for the community to enjoy. Our Music Therapist keeps the community fun with piano playing, keyboard, guitar, and so much more!
Dining and Amenities
Our food is homemade, and dining is open 7am-7pm daily! Laundry and housekeeping are included, and we have care staff here 24/7. Fox Rehab is here, in house, for any physical, speech, occupational, and therapy needs. Our shuttle bus takes residents on shopping excursions, to plays, concerts, arboretums, and so much more.
