Professional Team and Onboarding Process

Our community involves a wide range of different professionals within this industry such as the Executive Director, Business Office Manager, Sales and Marketing Director, Marketing Assistant, Health Services Director, Resident Care Coordinator, Environmental Services Director, Maintenance Assistant, Lifestyle Director, Lifestyle Assistants, Culinary Director, Dining Room Manager, Housekeepers, Chefs, Wait Staff, Medication Technicians, Caregivers, and Receptionists. Before anyone is able to start within their department, they have to complete a drug test, background test, and online training provided by the State of Texas. We also provide in-service training at every monthly all staff meeting.

Security Measures

All of the outer doors to our community are secured with a passcode which forces anyone without the passcode to come through the front doors to be screened by our 24/7 Receptionists at the front desk.

Resident Ambassadors Program

I host a meeting every month with a group of a few of my residents that we refer to as “Resident Ambassadors”. Our Resident Ambassadors play a HUGE role in the community as they greet and welcome new residents/show them around the community making sure they don’t feel like “the new kid in school”. On top of that, before a resident moves in, we have paperwork that they will fill out letting us know a little more about them as well as the kind of activities they are interested in/used to be interested in that way we can pair them with residents that we think they’ll have a lot in common with.

Transportation Services

We offer Monday through Friday transportation via our community shuttle bus. We reserve Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays for Doctor Appointments and Tuesdays and Thursdays for Activities/Outings and Grocery Store visits.

Dining Experience

Our community offers 3 restaurant style dining meals a day for Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care. This includes service from our wait staff, a private dining room for events, live music every Friday night, and pick up/delivery for our residents that can’t make it down to the dining room. Breakfast – 8 AM to 10 AM, Lunch – 12 PM to 1:30 PM, Dinner – 4 PM to 6 PM.

Resident Council Meetings

Our community hosts a monthly resident council meeting where any resident can join and bring up any comments, complaints, concerns, or ideas. For more urgent matters, our Executive Director’s office door is always open, and Chris Holland can try and resolve any issue.

Living Options and Pricing

Our Independent Living starts at $2780, our Assisted Living starts at $4695, and our Memory Care starts at $5935.

Family Communication and Daily Meetings

Family members are always welcome to come into the community or call us for an update. For any emergency or situation that we deem necessary to reach out to the family, we will reach out to them and give them an update. Our receptionists will receive the emergency contact information for all residents before a resident moves in. We also host a meeting every morning with the community Directors to discuss the schedule for the day as well as bring up any concerns we may have regarding residents.

Stay Options

We unfortunately do not offer short term or respite stays. However, if a resident would like to stay at our community for a few months, they are more than welcome to, but they are required to pay the full apartment rate.

Pet Policy

We are a VERY pet friendly community! We have a one time pet deposit fee of $650 per apartment and the fee is also transferable to ALL Frontier Management owned properties.

Wait List Information

We currently have a wait list for all floor plans in our Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care, as well as a wait list for our cottages that will be finished being built hopefully by January 2025!
