Lakes at Grand Prairie Fees/Deposits

Application Fees and Deposits

Application Fee: $75 o Non-Refundable, Due at Time of Application

Security Deposit $350 *

• Refundable Pending Apartment Condition at Move Out, Due at Time of Application
• The applicant has 72 hours from the date the application was received to receive a 100% refund of the deposit. If canceled after the 72 hour period, the deposit is forfeited

• Carport: $50/month (while supplies last)
• Corridor Garage: $175/month (while supplies last)
• Detached Garage: $85/month (while supplies last)
• Storage: $25 - $60/month (while supplies last)

Lease Obligations

• Pest Control: $5/month
• Valet Trash: $25/month
• Amenity Fee: $25/month
• Water: Sub-metered

Misc. Deposits/Fees

• Pet Fee: $250 (non-refundable)
• Pet Deposit: $250 (refundable)
• Monthly Pet Rent: $15/animal (max 2)

55+ Active Living Amenities

55+ Active Living does not provide meals, transportation, housecleaning or health assistance, these would fall under private care that the resident or their family members hire. We are animal friendly, yes. I hope that helps in your decision.

Our Sales Specialist can offer you a customized price based on your needs and when you can take possession at your tour. We are market rate, therefore prices are subject to change due to the market. Utilities are not included. Lease obligations and fees price sheet is attached for your review.
