Do you guys currently have a waitlist?
Yes. It is very fluid and can change quickly. I have attached the waitlist reservation form and will contact you when I have received it and when we have an available suite for you.
Could you share pricing and any other general information?
I have attached the brochure showing amenities and prices.
Could you provide an overview of the types of professionals on your staff and the training they undergo at your facility?
Our caregivers are of the highest caliber and all trained in the PAC Positive Approach to Care method.
Could you tell me about the measures you have in place to ensure the safety and well-being of your residents?
Do you offer any resources or support services to aid residents' transition into the community?
We have resident Ambassadors and family Ambassadors to help our new residents navigate the transition.
Do you offer transportation services for residents?
Yes. Doctor appointments are priority and with 24 hour notice, we take our residents along with a caregiver to their appointments.
Could you tell me a little about your dining experience?
There is a menu example in the attachment. Food is amazing and the dining staff is incredible and with no assigned seating, they are able to join other residents to enhance their dining experience.
What is the process that takes place if a resident has a complaint or an issue they want addressed?
They can meet with the Director of that department or our Executive Director. We have a monthly resident council meeting for resident input.
What is your policy on communication with resident's families? How do you keep them updated about their loved ones' well-being?
Families of our residents can call our nurse’s station 24 hours a day.
Do you all offer short-term or respite stays? How much does this cost?
We can only offer respite if we have availability but currently we are full and taking waitlist.
Are you all a pet-friendly community?
Yes
Are residents able to get Covid vaccination and flu vaccinations in the community?
Yes
Are residents able to age in place?
Yes. Our residents stay all the through hospice. Yes. It is very fluid and can change quickly.
