Availability and Options

We do not have a waitlist currently. I have a one-bedroom option and a studio option available.

Pricing and General Information

Attached brochure has general information. Pricing in Assisted Living is an ala cart pricing, depending on the apartment style and care levels you may need assistance with, it builds a daily rate, which then builds your monthly rate. I would say a good estimate range would be roughly $3,850 - $7,300 per month. Again I could give a better detailed pricing when we were to speak.

Professional Staff and Training

On our care staff team, we have a combination of LPN & RNs, Med-Techs, STNA and Resident Assistants who provide our 24-hour resident care. We have annual education and training for our employees including dementia training and first aid.

Safety and Well-being Measures

Our front doors lock at 7pm for safety from outside. Inside the community the apartments do have call lights and emergency pull cords if they should need a staff member.

Transition Support Services

We do have a couple of services available for residents as they transition in our community.

Transportation Services

No we do not offer transportation. We do have several companies that we recommend to families & residents to use.

Dining Experience

Dining is restaurant style; we have a menu each resident may order from for breakfast lunch and dinner.

Addressing Complaints and Issues

Monthly we have a resident council to allow residents to share concerns or issues, also the directors are always available to speak with residents.

Communication with Residents' Families

We do have care conferences that you may request to communicate with the directors and for updates on your loved one. Or call on and speak to a nurse for a daily update as well.

Short-term or Respite Stays

We do have option for a respite stay depending on availability. We do require a minimum of 30 days for a respite stay. There is no change in pricing, I would say a good estimate range would be roughly $3,850 - $7,300 per month. Again, I could give a better detailed pricing when we were to speak.

Pet-Friendly Community

Yes, we are, the resident must be able to care for their pet or have arranged care come in for their pet in the community.

Vaccinations

Yes, residents are able to get Covid vaccination and flu vaccinations in the community. We do require our resident be vaccinated for covid before they come in. And we do provide the most recent vaccinations to residents.

Aging in Place

Yes, they have the option to age in place. We have another area in our community, called the Brooke area that provides care for advanced dementia residents as well as end-of-life care, hospice residents as well. Unfortunately, we do not provide skilled nursing services through The Inn.
