Services and Fees

About Our Fees

Service fees are billed at a daily rate based on the services needed. The amount of service varies for each resident as determined during initial and subsequent wellness reviews.

Rental Fees

Daily Rate:

• Studio apartment $151.07
• One bedroom apartment $207.36
• Premium apartment $269.52
• Second person $70.00

Fees for Extended Services

Level I

• Included in all admissions
• Assistance with ADLs (dressing & grooming)

Level II

• Requiring one additional extended service
• $76.00 per day added to rental fee

Level III

• Requiring two additional extended services
• $98.00 per day added to rental fee

Level IV

• Requiring three additional extended services and cognitive support related to time, place, person and safety
• $128.00 per day added to the rental fee

One-time community fee of $3,500.00 is due on the day of move-in.

Services

• Assistance with ordering, storing and administering medications
• Nursing interventions related to resident diagnosis
• Incontinence management
• Ancillaries (housekeeping, laundry and linen service)
• Assistance with showers or baths
• Cognitive support related to time, place, person and safety with meaningful support

Overview of Professional Staff and Training

We have Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Registered Nurses (RNs) throughout the building. Additionally, we have a staff educator available for any necessary training sessions.

Safety and Well-being Measures

Our facility ensures that aides and nurses are on the floor 24/7 in our long-term care areas. For residents who are at risk of falling or wandering, we implement specific protocols to ensure their safety.

Resources and Support Services for Transition

We have Social Workers and Recreation staff available to assist new residents with their transition into our facility.

Transportation Services

We can arrange transportation for residents to attend appointments. For other types of trips, it would depend on the individual needs of the resident.

Dining Experience

Each floor in our facility has its own dining room. Meals are served in these dining rooms, and we have a small kitchen with steam tables in the back to keep the food warm.

Resident Complaint Process

Residents can speak with their Social Worker about any issues. The Social Worker will then follow up with the appropriate people. We also have a Customer Engagement Director and Concierge staff available to assist with any concerns.

Communication with Residents' Families

Care conferences are held every three months, and if there is a change in a resident's condition, we reach out to their family. We provide families with all contact information for the staff, who are available to answer any questions.

Short-Term or Respite Stays

We offer respite stays, currently at a rate of $400 per day in the summer, and normally $500 per day. We also have a short-term rehab program for those coming from the hospital who need skilled rehab before returning home.

Pet Policy

Dogs are allowed in the building as long as we have an updated vaccination list. However, pets are not allowed to live with residents in our facility.

Vaccination Availability

Residents have access to both COVID-19 and flu vaccinations within the community.

Aging in Place

In our Personal Care area, which is private pay, residents can move to long-term care when needed. Our long-term care side accepts Medicaid, so we do not remove residents due to financial issues. We have a wait list for our long-term care area, but availability exists in our Personal Care section, referred to as the Inn.
