Freedom Village Care Levels Overview

Here at Freedom Village we have three different levels of care as far as assisted living & memory care goes. I’d love to hear more about the situation for which you are looking, as to help determine which level of care you’d likely be looking at and answer any questions that you have. Here’s an overview of our levels of care as you look into options.

Point Iroquois - Independent Assisted Living

Point Iroquois is our independent assisted living neighborhood, and is more apartment style, with a kitchenette, and options range from a shared unit, studio, or one-bedroom layout. We also have three levels of care on Point Iroquois, depending on the care needs of the resident.

Copper Harbor - 24/7 Nursing Care

Copper Harbor is our intermediate, 24/7 nursing care. On Copper Harbor, they can provide a high level of care and assist with most any care needs, whether mobility challenges or otherwise. On both neighborhoods, there are great amenities and services that are included. On both Point Iroquois, three meals a day are included, with great options. Also included would be transportation to all local medical & financial appointments, housekeeping once a week (including laundry of linens & towels), our activities program and much more. I have attached a flyer that goes over these two neighborhoods in detail.

Eagle Harbor - Secured Memory Care

We also have Eagle Harbor, which is our secured memory care neighborhood. On Eagle Harbor, our activities program is centered around person-centered relationships, finding moments of success for each individual resident, and six planned programs throughout the day, creating consistency and a sense of routine for the residents. We have found that this programming helps keeps residents active, and cuts down on behaviors and sundowners, that a lot of residents with dementia face. I have also attached a flyer that gives more detail on what Eagle Harbor has to offer.
