We have a diverse team of professionals including Directors of Nursing, Culinary experts, Activities coordinators, Maintenance staff, Medication Technicians, Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA), and Caregivers. Each of these staff members undergoes rigorous training at our facility to ensure they are well-prepared to deliver high-quality care and services to our residents.

Measures to Ensure the Safety and Well-Being of Our Residents

Our facility is equipped with a pendant call system and a paging system to quickly respond to any resident needs. We also have a secured memory community to ensure the safety of residents with cognitive impairments. Physicians work closely with our staff, and we offer daily balance and exercise classes along with various activities to promote a purposeful experience for our residents.

Resources and Support Services for Resident Transition

We offer a Hearts Program, where selected associates help ease the transition by providing introductions, guided tours, check-ins, phone calls, notes, and follow-ups to activities.

Transportation Services for Residents

Yes, we offer transportation services. Doctor appointments are scheduled on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Additionally, we arrange outings to the grocery store, bank, and other destinations based on resident interests.

Dining Experience

Our dining room, which overlooks the water, offers meals with an Entrée of the day in addition to an always-available menu. The ambiance is designed to enhance the dining experience.

Process for Addressing Complaints or Issues

We maintain a log to record any grievances. Our Executive Director has an open-door policy to address resident concerns directly. Additionally, the phone number for the Ombudsman is posted for residents to contact if needed.

Cost of Living in Our Community

Prices start at $4900 in Assisted Living and include all rent and care. We offer a variety of floor plans. For Memory Care, the cost is $5775 for private rooms and $4050 for semi-private rooms.

Policy on Communication with Residents' Families

We maintain open communication with the families of our residents and keep them updated about their loved ones' well-being.

Short-Term or Respite Stays

We offer respite stays with no minimum stay requirements. In Assisted Living, it is $250 per day for less than 7 days and $225 for stays longer than 7 days. In Memory Care, it is $250 per day.

Pet-Friendly Policy

Yes, we are a pet-friendly community.

Our Memory Care is almost full, but we have availability in our Assisted Living.

We offer Flu Vaccinations to residents.

Aging in Place

Our goal is for residents to age in place, and hospice care can be involved where appropriate.
