Cost of Living in Our Community

The cost of living in our community varies depending on the type of payment method used. Here are the details:

• Private Pay: $6200
• Medicaid: $2050

Our Professional Staff and Training

We have certified home health aides, support service workers, RN/LPNs, social workers, recreation therapists, to name a few. We all are dementia trained and we continue training and education for all staff.

Safety and Well-being Measures

Some of the measures we have in place are: all of our doors are alarmed, we complete safety checks, have cameras around the outside of the building.

Support Services for Residents' Transition

We increase the support within the building from all staff.

Transportation Services

We do not offer transportation services for residents.

Dining Experience

Each unit (6 in total) have their own dining area where residents eat with their neighbors. We escort to all meals and serve each resident their own plated food, so like restaurant style.

Addressing Residents' Complaints and Issues

We have a resident counsel but they can also go to any staff or their floor’s social worker.

Communication with Residents' Families

Since all of our residents have Dementia/Alzheimer’s we are constantly in communication with families. Each family has their own preferred way of communication but most families prefer phone call or email.

Short-term or Respite Stays

We offer respite stay when we have the availability. It’s a daily rate of $205 I believe.

Pet-Friendly Community Policy

Since our residents all of cognitive impairment unfortunately they are not allowed to have pets. We do have birds and bring in therapy animals quite often but none that actually live here (besides the birds).
