Our team members consist of RNs, LVNs, CNAs, Medication Aides, and Physician oversight 24/7. They undergo a variety of training based on our residents' needs.

We maintain patient room cleanliness, practice proper hand hygiene, and develop an optimized discharge process. We closely evaluate all high-risk residents and provide them with a best-in-class healthcare experience.

Resources for Transition into the Community

We have a social worker who provides numerous resources for a successful discharge home.

Transportation Services

We offer transportation for appointments and our life enrichment coordinator sets up outings to Walmart, restaurants, exhibits, and other interests.

Dining Experience

We have a registered dietician on staff to ensure meals align with health goals and preferences. Residents can dine in our welcoming dining room or the privacy of their own room.

Complaint and Issue Resolution Process

Our administrative team works with residents and families to correct any issues. We encourage reporting complaints to our Social Worker, Administrator, and Director of Nursing Services. We conduct thorough investigations to ensure quality care.

Cost of Living

We accept Medicare, Medicaid, commercial insurance, and private pay. Our daily rate for a total private room is $400/day, and for a shared room, it is $205/day.

Communication Policy with Families

We inform residents of their right to be involved in their care. If they can't, we communicate with their Medical Power of Attorney.

Short-term and Respite Stays

We offer short-term respite stays at a daily rate of $205/day in a shared room with one roommate.

Pet Policy

We are a pet-friendly community. Pets must be vaccinated and non-aggressive. We ensure roommates have no allergies; otherwise, pets can visit the courtyard.

Waitlist Status

We are currently on a case-to-case basis due to our opening of a Memory Care Unit.

Vaccinations

Residents can get Covid and flu vaccinations. We highly encourage and can administer them.
