An Overview of Our Professionals
Our staff members possess a great amount of experience in the industry. All our nurses are licensed LPNs. Our Dietary Director is a licensed Chef, and our Director is a licensed Social Worker. Some of our Care Staff are licensed CNAs, but the state of Tennessee does not require care staff to be licensed CNAs. All staff are required to complete online testing each month on topics related to senior living. Our Environmental Services Director is knowledgeable in the mechanics of senior living buildings, and our Engagement Director has been with us since 2012, deeply involved with resident engagement. Our sales team, including myself and another colleague, are seasoned professionals in senior living, frequently attending workshops.Safety Measures in Place
We conduct monthly drills on all three shifts and drills on proper evacuation procedures. The State of Tennessee performs safety checks on equipment in our building and conducts annual audits on every department to ensure compliance with state mandates.Networking Opportunities
Working with us allows for networking with related businesses and services focused on seniors. My role requires consistent networking, and we invite professionals to our community regularly to facilitate a smooth transition for residents.Transportation Services
Transportation is available Monday through Friday, from 8 am to 5 pm, providing trips to doctors' appointments, grocery stores, and shopping within a 15-mile radius of our building.Dining Experience
Our dining is restaurant-style in the Grand Dining Room. Residents enjoy seating and service with menus available at each table. Meal times accommodate all residents with breakfast from 7-9 am, lunch from 11-1 pm, and dinner from 4-6 pm. Residents choose from two entrees with sides and dessert, with alternatives like salads, wraps, burgers, and more available. Three meals per day are included in the rental rate.Resident Issues and Complaints
Should a resident have an issue or complaint, we encourage them to come to the front desk and ask for the Executive Director. We address concerns seriously and promptly resolve them.Cost of Living
Rental rates range from $4550.00 to $5650.00, with additional fees for care services called Levels of Care, ranging from $400-$1,900.00. A physical assessment by our nursing team determines the required care level. Rent plus Level of Care determines the total monthly cost. There is a Community Fee for reserving an apartment, and a Pet Fee—if applicable. A second person fee is $1,000/mo, for a spouse.Resident and Family Communication
Communication with families is a priority, maintained by the nursing team and Director, with sales staff also engaging in the process to ensure a smooth transition for new residents.Respite Stay Offer
We offer a 30-day Respite stay including health history gathering and assessment. Apartments are set up like personal ones and costs are $175/day in assisted living and $200/day in memory care, excluding care costs.Pet Friendliness
We welcome pets, allowing up to two per resident with necessary shot records. Dogs must be leashed and not enter areas serving food. Cats are allowed, with resident responsibility for care. There is a one-time Pet Fee of $1000.00, and a weight limit of 20lbs per pet.Apartment Availability
Some apartments currently have a waitlist.Health and Vaccination
Residents receive annual flu and pneumonia vaccines at our Flu Clinic. Covid vaccination is not mandatory but available through physicians or local clinics.Aging in Place
We support Aging in Place; if a resident transitions to a memory care level, we facilitate moving them to our secured unit. For pricing & availability call (866) 204-9238
