The Residents at Glastonbury, formerly known as Hearthome at Glastonbury, is a senior living community that offers a blend of independent living, assisted living, and memory care services. Under new management, the community has been rebranded to better reflect the comprehensive care and lifestyle options available to its residents.

There is currently no waitlist, and the community has some availability for new residents seeking a vibrant and supportive living environment.
