The caregivers in our community are licensed in the state of Arizona and adhere to Watermark standards.

Safety and Well-being Measures

All residents are issued a pendant to use for immediate assistance, memory care is a secure environment and we have a check-in system for our independent living members.

For scheduled outings (including shopping) and personal medical appointments.

Resident Complaints and Issues

We ask that they first go to the area director that would be responsible for the area of concern and if there is no resolution then our executive director is always available.

Cost of Living

In my previous email I sent rates sheets for each level of care that outline our membership fee and starting monthly rent.

Communication with Residents' Families

There are various tools, again, a conversation would be more valuable to discuss this.

Short-term or Respite Stays

We have 2 respite rooms in assisted living, $2,500 up front fee, then $195/day rent plus cost of care. 2-week min, 4-week max.

Pet-Friendly Community

Yes. While we do still have 3 apartments available in independent living we do currently have a waitlist for those that are looking for something different than what we have available.
