This is an ideal environment for those coping with the challenges of aging, giving residents more time to focus on their favorite pursuits and activities. Your unique needs are attended to based on your personal care plan.

The Glenn Hopkins provides wonderful memory care neighborhood environments where our skilled and compassionate 24-hour staff serves the unique needs of each individual. The apartments, common areas, amenities, and activities are all specifically designed to give each resident the ideal environment and quality personalized care they need.

Size (33 Memory Care Senior Apartments):

• 20 studio (308 – 618 sq. ft.) $4,699 - $5,067
• 12 one-bedroom (506 – 622 sq. ft.) $5,067 - $5,400
• 1 two-bedroom (820 sq. ft.) $5,787

Additional occupant $769.00 per month

Rent includes: heat, water, sewer, trash removal, recycling, spiritual services, 3 meals plus snacks, weekly housekeeping and laundry service, linen change, 24-hour on-site staff, 24 hour emergency pendent call system, weekly wellness clinic, laboratory coordination, specialized social and recreational activities, monitoring of meals, Resident Assistant in memory care dining room during meals, management of residents wandering, nightly checks once every four hours, 11:00pm – 7:00am.
