Could you provide an overview on the types of professionals on your staff and the training they undergo at your facility?

We have med-techs that do our care. We do not have any nurses on staff. We do not discuss our trainings; each employee is trained by the state requirements of working in an ALF.

Could you tell me about the measures you have in place to ensure the safety and well-being of your residents?

This is something that would be discussed in person.

Do you offer any resources or support services to aid residents' transition into the community?

This depends on the needs of the potential resident. We have community partners that can help in different situations.

Do you offer transportation services for residents?

Yes, we have a bus for outings and resident appointments.

Could you tell me a little about your dining experience?

We have menus that the residents fill out every 2 weeks. They are served or have the option to pick up their meals. Tray service is only for hospice or if a resident is ill.

What is the process that takes place if a resident has a complaint or an issue they want addressed?

We follow the resident grievance policy. This is followed up by the Executive Director with the resident.

What is the cost of living in your community?

This is specific to the need, again in person or on the phone to find out what the financials are and the needs of the individual.

What is your policy on communication with resident's families? How do you keep them updated about their loved ones' well-being?

This is discussed at move in.

Do you all offer short-term or respite stays? How much does this cost?

No

Are you all a pet-friendly community?

Yes, breed restriction, shots annually and a onetime $500 nonrefundable pet fee.

Do you guys currently have a waitlist?

We do, we only have 1 opening as of today.

Are residents able to get Covid vaccination and flu vaccinations in the community?

They can get it through their physician.

Are residents able to age in place?

Yes, we allow residents to age in place and have hospice services available.
