We conduct thorough background checks and interviews before hiring. Most of our employees either have the right credentials or have acquired the necessary skills through experience. Once hired, employees must complete online courses and mentor with their direct report or an assigned dedicated staff member.

Safety and Well-being Measures for Residents

Our caring staff is available on-site 24/7. We have security measures such as secured entrances, wander guards for residents who need them, and security cameras. Residents have emergency pendants or pull cords to alert staff as needed. We follow infection control practices, and our activities department offers programs supporting wellness dimensions.

Resources and Support for Transition

We recommend outside third-party moving services or move management professionals to help with the transition, managing all the details from start to finish.

Transportation Services

We provide scheduled transportation to medical appointments on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Our activities department offers offsite programs on Tuesdays and Thursdays, including dining at restaurants, shopping, picnicking, or visiting museums or local points of interest.

Dining Experience

Socializing over meals is prioritized. Our community events and dining services offer delicious menus and beverage choices. Menus rotate weekly, with dining hours at 8 am, Noon, and 5:30 pm. Alternative options are available if residents prefer something other than the daily special.

Complaint or Issue Resolution Process

Complaints can be discussed with our Assisted Living Director, and if unresolved, with our Executive Director. If further resolution is needed, we seek advice from our local management company, Senior Living Solutions.

Communication Policy with Families

For immediate concerns, we contact the Emergency Contact or Health Care Power of Attorney listed on file. Routine care plan reviews are scheduled per state requirements, allowing discussions with residents and families about service adjustments.

Short-term or Respite Stays and Cost

If available, furnished apartments can be offered for short-term and respite stays in Assisted Living at $225.00 per day.

Pet-friendly Community

Yes, residents must be able to care for their pets.

Vaccinations in the Community

We partner with Right Dose Pharmacy to schedule clinics for residents interested in Covid and flu vaccinations.
