Overview of Professional Staff and Training

Our staff includes a RN Director of Nursing, an Associate Director of Nursing, three LPNs, QMAPS, and Caregivers. We ensure that our staff undergoes yearly training to maintain high standards of care.

Safety and Well-being Measures

We adhere to strict regulations and have individual care plans for each resident. These care plans are reviewed frequently, and we schedule care conferences with residents and their families to ensure ongoing personalized care.

Transition Resources and Support Services

We offer a variety of resources and support services to help residents transition into our community, including rounding physicians, onsite therapy, and concierge programs.

Transportation Services

Transportation is provided at no additional cost for our residents, ensuring they can easily attend appointments and activities outside our community.

Dining Experience

Assisted Living Residents receive three meals and snacks daily. Independent Living residents benefit from a dining dollars program. We offer two daily specials and an always available menu, plus additional options at our Market Bistro coffee shop and SkyView Pub for an extra charge.

Resident Grievance Policy

Residents with complaints or issues are encouraged to follow the grievance policy detailed in the resident handbook provided at move-in.

Cost of Living

Details regarding fees and floorplans for all levels of care were provided in my previous email.

Communication with Residents' Families

Residents receive weekly Chat Notes with community updates. The first emergency contacts get a weekly Connected e-newsletter. We also utilize the HIPAA compliant Serenity Engage app for secure communication between staff, partnering services, and families.

Short-term or Respite Stays

We do not currently offer respite stays.

Pet-Friendly Community

Pets are accepted on a case-by-case basis, provided the resident can care for the pet independently.
