From assistance with daily routines such as bathing and medication management to the services of an on-site health and wellness navigator, our resident-first culture is part of our commitment to keep residents active and independent as long as possible.

Maintenance-Free Personal Care Residences

Maintenance-free personal care residences provide a comfortable setting for high-quality personalized care. Each floor plan features a spacious bedroom and individually controlled heating and cooling. There’s easy access to community amenities and a full calendar of activities and events. We also offer short-term respite stays for those who need temporary care.

Community Fee*: $3000 (Non-refundable One-time fee)

Second-Person Monthly Fee*: $1450

Short-Term Respite Stay

Respite stay is a seven-day minimum and two-month maximum.

Overview of Professional Staff and Training

Our facility is staffed with Nurses, Med Techs, and Caregivers who are all integral to the personal care side of our services. Each member undergoes rigorous training to ensure they are well-equipped to meet the diverse needs of our residents.

Safety and Well-being Measures

To ensure the safety and well-being of our residents, each one is provided with a pendant to call for assistance whenever needed. Additionally, each floor is staffed with a Med Tech and Caregiver to provide immediate support.

Transition Support Services

We offer resources and support services to aid residents' transition into the community. This includes the option to hire caregivers for more personalized, one-on-one care, in addition to the support from our staff and the residents’ families.

Transportation Services

Our facility offers transportation services for residents, requiring at least 48 hours notice to set up. The first 10 miles are free of charge. If assistance is needed, a caregiver or family member must accompany the resident.

Dining Experience

We boast a dining room on the first floor, offering 3 meals a day. Assistance to the dining room is available for those who need it. Our personal care kitchen cooks the food, offering daily specials or options from the “everything menu”.

Addressing Complaints and Issues

For medical concerns, residents can reach out to our wellness nurse of PC. Operational concerns can be directed to our administrator, ensuring all issues are promptly addressed.

Communication with Residents' Families

Families are encouraged to call for updates on their loved ones, and we also organize care conferences to keep them informed about their well-being.

Short-term or Respite Stays

We offer short-term or respite stays, subject to availability of open rooms. The minimum stay is 30 days, at a cost of $300 a day.

Pet-Friendly Community

Dogs are allowed to visit, provided all their shots are up to date, making our community welcoming for pet lovers.

Covid and Flu Vaccinations

Residents have access to Covid and flu vaccinations within the community, ensuring their health and safety.

Aging in Place

Our goal is to allow residents to age in place, with provisions for higher levels of care, such as memory care and skilled nursing, available at Freedom Village. We currently have openings for a 1 bedroom and studio.
