Do you guys currently have a waitlist?
We do have an external waitlist because as of today we don’t have any Independent or Assisted Living Apartments. We do have 4 Memory Care apartments remaining.
Could you provide an overview of the types of professionals on your staff and the training they undergo at your facility?
Our training is extensive and thorough, and includes educational series and trainings, company mandated training, and state required training.
Could you tell me about the measures you have in place to ensure the safety and well-being of your residents?
This is also extensive and includes a secure community for Memory Care. It also includes a sign in and sign our procedure for all guest, family members, and vendors. We also have surveillance cameras around the community to ensure safety. Every resident is also required to have a life alert pendant.
Do you offer any resources or support services to aid residents' transition into the community?
Yes, we offer resources for transitioning into the community, and we have the ambassador program and the orientation program to get residents acclimated to residency and daily life in the community.
Do you offer transportation services for residents?
We do offer transportation. Please see the attached brochure.
Could you tell me a little about your dining experience?
We have a full-service restaurant with our own Executive Chef. He trains the restaurant staff for a superb culinary experience and dining along with events & activities, are one of our many highlights.
What is the process that takes place if a resident has a complaint or an issue they want addressed?
They can report the complaint privately to the Executive Director, and we have the suggestion box where residents can also give feedback either privately or make themselves knows. We also have Resident Council which is the governing board made of residents that can also express grievances.
What is the cost of living in your community?

What is your policy on communication with resident's families? How do you keep them updated about their loved ones' well-being?
We communicate regularly with family members and have an app that can be downloaded to any smart phone as a way for residents to stay in touch with all of the events and activities, have access to our monthly newsletter, and communicate with any department on a regular basis. We also involve family members in the care conference procedure, and any other areas as long as it stay in line with protecting resident privacy.
Do you all offer short-term or respite stays? How much does this cost?
We do not offer that as this time due to the demand we’ve had.
Are you all a pet-friendly community?
Yes, we are pet friendly!
Are residents able to get Covid vaccination and flu vaccinations in the community?
Yes, this can be coordinated through our Health & Wellness team.
Are residents able to age in place?
Absolutely! That is one of the primary goals of residency-aging in place is a gift and we want every resident to experience that if possible. We do have an external waitlist because as of today we don’t have any Independent or Assisted Living Apartments. We do have 4 Memory Care apartments remaining.
