Availability and Waitlist

We currently have a waitlist for our two-bedroom apartments in our Assisted Living. We have (1) studio apartment available and (1) one-bedroom apartment available.

Pricing Information

Our Assisted Living rates are all inclusive. Studio apartments are $5,950 per month. One-bedroom apartments are $7,450 per month and two-bedroom apartments are $8,850 per month.

Transition Support Services

Yes, we offer resources or support services to aid residents' transition into the community.

Transportation Services

In Assisted Living, we have scheduled outings for the residents but we do not provide personal transportation.

Dining Experience

We offer restaurant-style dining with two specials for each meal as well as an always available menu. All meals are included in the monthly rate.

Addressing Complaints and Issues

Any complaints or concerns can be addressed with the management team.

Communication with Residents' Families

Short-term or Respite Stays

We currently are not offering respite stays at this time due to limited availability.

Pet Policy

Yes, we are a pet-friendly community but residents must be able to provide pet care for their pet. We do not allow dogs in Assisted Living.

Vaccinations

We provide annual flu vaccinations. Residents who wish to receive COVID vaccinations can do so on their own. We do not require residents to have flu or COVID vaccinations.

Aging in Place

Most residents are able to age in place at our community but there are some things we are not able to manage here based on Missouri State Regulations.
