BASIC SERVICE FEE

Our daily service fee includes the apartment of your choice, utilities (except for phone), as well as the amenities offered.

Types of Professionals on Staff and Training

Our staff includes the Executive Director, Assistant Director Florida Core Certified, RNs, LPNs, and Medication Technicians. All staff are required to complete required and ongoing training with Relias Training. Additionally, all staff members are CPR and First Aid certified.

Safety and Well-being of Residents

Key team members meet regularly to discuss each resident's individual care plan. Active participation in the plan of care is encouraged since your input and cooperation are essential to achieving the best results. We also have regularly scheduled fire drills and elopement drills.

Resources and Support Services for Transition

Yes, we have resources available to aid residents' transition into the community.

Transportation Services

Yes, transportation is available at no charge within a 10-mile service area. For transportation outside the service area, there is a charge of $25.00 per hour.

Dining Experience

We offer three meals a day along with beverages and snacks. All meals are served restaurant-style in the main dining room. Breakfast is served from 7:00am-9:00am, lunch from 11:00am-1:00pm, and dinner from 4:00pm-6:00pm. Residents can also enjoy the flexibility of all-day dining.

Process for Addressing Complaints or Issues

We encourage residents, family members, and guests to openly express concerns, recommendations, or complaints. You are urged to bring your concerns to a Team Member on duty at any time. If not resolved, we encourage speaking with the executive director. For unresolved issues, you may contact the local ombudsman.

Short-term or Respite Stays
